I got it in July, and it’s not charging at all. Has not been dropped or broken in any way. The device can't charging, you need to check below three points.
First of all, make sure your charger is OK, or you can plug the cable on your computer.
By the way, the charger does not highest voltage is good, you need to match the voltage of vape device. For example, Yocan Evolve Plus XL Battery Voltage: 3.8V (when fully charged) Battery Wattage: 25W (when fully charged).
Then, you have choose the right USB cable. Use the one comes with the package is smart option. If this cable you have use long time, please try to use a q-tip to clean the contact points.
Last but not least, check the battey is OK. When you plug in the cable, the battery light should be on, and after 2-3 hours, the battery should be fully charged and the light will shuts off.
The button on your Yocan evolve plus should now be unstuck from the battery. Test it with your fingers to see if it clicks. If still no luck the button on your ecig is probably broken internally, take it back to the shop or throw it in the bin.
Plug the micro USB plug into the bottom of the battery, just below the "Yocan" logo. Plug the large USB plug into your computer that supports USB 2 or USB 3. A small red LED will light immediately, and stay on while charging. When the charging is complete, the LED light will turn off.
