Hopefully you can help me i recently purchased a yocan uni red and the mod is blinking 5 times I have installed new cartridges. And I have tried cleaning the magnetic connector still nothing do I need to purchase a new product??

The Yocan UNI flashing 5 times means that this battery can't detect the cartridge.
Please try to loose the adapter a little to have a try.
