Yocan Groote can't charge

Hey my yocan groove portable vape mod never charged and the seller said contact manufacturer. The red charge light stays in for about 3 seconds after connecting the included charge cord and then goes out and doesn't charge. Very frustrated this is the third broken battery I have gotten from this brand.


Answer:
If you plugged the cable, then the indicator light shuts off in few seconds, I think your device have some problem.
Did you drop this device recently?
If not, it's a malmanufacture vape device.
