The Pax 3 wont turn on by click the power button
Holding the button down, release it asap after pressing
you might have resin stuck under the rubber cover for the button. I had the same issue and it made the button so sticky there was no more clicky feedback when I click the button. When I clicked the button it did the same thing as your pax, turn on for a fraction of a second and turn off immediately. Can you feel the click when you press on the button without the mouthpiece?
