How do I reset my ooze pen?
If you have an Ooze battery, press the button five times fast within two seconds, without pausing between clicks. If your battery is on, pressing the button will illuminate a light around the button and power the atomizer.
If your Ooze pen is not working properly, it may be necessary to reset the device. Here are the steps to follow:
Unscrew the cap from the pen and remove the cartridge.
Remove the battery from the pen.
Screw the cap back on to the pen.
Wait 30 seconds, then screw the cartridge back into the pen.
Replace the battery in the pen and screw on the cap.
Press the button on the side of the pen 5 times to turn on/off. The LED light will blink 3 times when turned on/off successfully.
