Hello I buy this Yocan UNI Pro vape at one of the vape shop. The 1st one I got didn't work at all, the seller exchange it for me, but the second one is not working either and he doesn't Want to exchange it again. So he ask me to contact the company witch is you guys. Because is coming from manufacturer. Is not working can you please exchange it I don't want to just lost my money on a product that is not working at all.
