Yocan Regen vaporizer can't charge just blink 3 times then turn off, how to fix this Yocan vape problem.

Hello, About 6 months ago I bought a Regen vaporizer and recently in the last few days it hasn't been charging. When i put it on the charger it will charge for a few seconds and then blink about 3 times before the lights turn off. I wasn't sure if there was a short circuit in the battery or not.
