Good evening. I purchased a yocan lit battery and am having a hard time with it. It will not charge or hold a charge. When I plug it in there is a red light for about three seconds and then the light goes off. Can not seem to get it to work

The Yocan LIT indicator light will shut off once it is fully charged.
If your device still can't turn on when it "fully charges", I think you get malmanufacture vape device.
