I just bought this product for the first time a month ago, the 2 lights stay lit and the 3rd continues to blink! I can not run it off and was charging over an hour... Plz help

The Yocan LIT indicator light will shut off once it is fully charged.Did you drop this item recently? And did you plug the cable that comes with the package box.Please share more details about your device. Thanks in advance.
