Hi! What do i do if when i press the button on my Koda and all 3 lights blink all at once?? It does not let me hit the pen. The lights blink about 5 times then go off. Thanks!!

Please check the vape cartridge connection, the device flashing 5 times means it can't detect the vape cartridge.
And you also can try to use a q-tip with isopropyl alcohol to clean the contact points.If you have a brand new vape cartridge, please install this one to have a try.
