Yocan HIT stopped charging

I am using the Yocan Hit. Three months after I bought it it stopped charging. I tried multiple charge cables and chargers and even took it back to the shop where I bought it and they couldn't get it to charge either.

Please send the receipt, the authentic code, and a video of the vape device to them.
