Good Morning I am writing in regards to my vape the YoCan HIT Dry Herb Vaporizer. I purchased it 1 1/2 months ago and it was great until a couple days ago now when I put the dry herb in and turn it on ... to vape I get 3-4 puffs and then the herb is burnt tasting. I have followed all he instructions and am very disappointed in this item. Obviously it’s a malfunction so I am hoping you can reimburse me or send me another vape. Thank you for your time

Please use a q-tip to clean the ceramic chamber every vaping session.
And turn down the heating temperature.
