Hi! I bought my Yocan Falcon less than a week ago and today it stopped working, I have been using it properly and am not able to trouble shoot this myself, it seems as if it is not connecting to any of the tips anymore no matter which one I put on there and in fact check that it is on all the way, it still won’t connect to the atomizer. I can send it back in for a replacement as this shouldn’t be the issue for it to suddenly stop working. I purchased it from the Tobacco store in Mounds View MN

Please try to use a q-tip with isopropyl alcohol to clean the contact points?
