My yocan evolve plus XL that I bought 2 weeks ago suddenly won’t charge.

Answer:
1. Please try to use the USB cable comes with the Yocan Evolve Plus XL dab pen package box.
If this cable is broke, please choose another android phone micro USB cable to charge your vaporizer device.

2. And indicator light when you charge the vape battery?

3. Try to use a q-tip to clean the charge port.
