Here is a question from Yocan.com fan that Yocan Evolve Plus Coil just one coil heating
I have a Yocan Plus with a dual quartz coil. While i was cleaning my vape, one of the coils came undone. The wire became unwrapped and the quartz rod fell out. Is it still safe to use?

Our vape expert told us that do not cleaning the coil when it heating, or the wire may be damaged by accident.
If one of the coil is broken, please stop use this coil and install a brand new one.

If you coil is brand new item, it may a defect product.
Please contact the shop you bought it from to change another one.
