Yocan Evolve Plus can't charge, how to fix?

I bought an Evolve Plus from a local Ohio shop. I used it once and didn’t work. I tried to charge it. It will not charge. I paid $160.

Answer:
Did you plug the cable that comes with the package box?
Any indicator light when it is charging?
Please can you make a short video and send it to me, thanks in advance.
