This is my second Yocan evolve plus vape pen and this is the second time it just stopped working it won’t charge again this is my second time purchasing this product and both times this has happened to me.

1, Check the authentic on Yocan.com
2, Use q-tip to clean the micro USB port.
3, Try to use another USB cable to charge your Yocan Evolve Plus device.
