Yocan Evolve Pen can't charge, how to fix it/ claim warranty?

My Evolve pen wont recharge (brand new pen, first time recharging it ever) so no matter which outlet I try, or how many other coil chargers I try to recharge it with, the red light button on the pen base that turns on while it is charging, is refusing to turn on. This is a brand new pen & so when I returned it to the store where I purchased it bc I found it defective, the owners solution? She offered to swap out the charger that came with the original kit, with a regular vape pen screw-in cool. So now I own this brand new evolve pen - that cant recharge and hasn't recharged- one single time. I think I deserve my best money back. I was not impressed either for how nothing has been mentioned anywhere on your website & forum regarding this problem. Or is there some trick I need to know b4 i can make it work?? Help!


Answer:
Please check the contact point of the charger and battery.
If no indicator light when charging, please try to plug another brand new one.

If above vape tricks can't help you fix it, please contact Yocan Support team to claim warranty.
