I purchased an Evolve on Oct. 30, 20. I contacted the business where I bought it and was told he doesn't have a return policy. What??? I am wanting a new Evolve. The one I bought is not working properly. It blinks red many times and won't work. Apparently, the business person refuses to give me another one. I am very upset because I paid $33.00 for it. Now I am stuck with a device that I only used a few times. Wow what great business practice we have in the US. SAD.
First of all, sorry for the inconvenience.
The Evolve flashing 3 times means the battery can't detect the atomizer or coil.
Please can you check all connections, or use a q-tip to clean all contact points.
By the way, how many times does the light flash when you hit the fire button?
