Hi I recently order the yocan dive mini and it will not charge or work properly. I have tried everything and it is still not working. The box says it has to do with a short-circuit, the red light beeps three times. Is there anyway to fix this or could I receive another?

The Yocan Dive Mini flash three times means short-circuit error.
Please try to use a q-tip to clean the contact points, or install a brand new vape tip.
