I purchased a Yocan Uni Pro on 12/04/2020, and it is giving me a message on the screen saying “shorted” Due to the fact that it has broken within a week of purchase, I am wondering if I could receive a refund or an exchange for the one that I have at this time. I do have an image of the receipt if you are needing that attached at all. If you could get back to me when it’s best for you, that would be amazing, thank you.
1. Clean the contact points
The Yocan UNI Pro contact points need to be cleaned quite a bit.
Also make sure you clean the magnetic adapter often and keep the bottom of the cart clean.
2. Untightened a little
Unscrew the adapter and try it at various unscrewed points.
Some just needed to be untightened ever so little.
