I bought my Yocan Uni from a smoke shop less than a month ago and it doesn’t work properly anymore. I can here it burn my Cart while on the lowest setting on its own, it doesn’t even change temp levels. Is there any way to change this defective Uni with you guys ?

The lowest voltage of Youcan UNI is 3.4v, I think fit most vape cartridges.
And we didn't get any feedback on burn vape cartridges before.
