Why the Yocan Evolve Plus wont turn on?

just purchased evolve plus, doesn't seem to be working. don't know if i'm doing something wrong
Vape tips:
1. Please plug the USB cable, make sure your vape pen fully charged.
2. 5 clicks to turn it on.
3. Hold the fire button and enjoy your concentrate.
