The Yocan Evolve Plus XL wasted concentrate problem, related to many factors.
If you have similar question, please read this thread from one of Yocan dab pen users. I just bought an Evolve Plus XL. And I bought the concentrate to go with it. So I have 2 questions.. First, is the wax suppose to feel and be really hard. That I have trouble getting it out of the canister and have probably wasted most of it. 2nd, my pen gets super hot super quick at the coil. Is that normal or am I doing something wrong? I spent alot of money on this and have been having trouble since I got it. Please help!!

First question about the wast issue.

The Yocan Evolve Plus XL is designed for concentrate material.
Please do not overload it, and drop the concentrate center of the coil.

As for the dab pen gets super hot problem.

The Yoan Evolve Evolve Plus XL featured QUAD coil, can heat the coil instantly.
So, do not continually heat it more than 15 seconds.
If the atomizer gets hot, please cool it down when you re-vape it.

And if the battery gets super hot, please do not vape it.
