Here is a email from one of our Yocan customer. If you have face similar question, please read this thread.
I see my mistake now. I misspelled my email when I placed the order, so that’s why I haven’t received any correspondence. I emailed them twice about it but haven’t received a response.
The email address typo is the normal mistake.
So, please check it when you can't get any order confirmation email.
