Why I can't get any order confirmation email?

Here is a email from one of our Yocan customer. If you have face similar question, please read this thread.
I see my mistake now. I misspelled my email when I placed the order, so that’s why I haven’t received any correspondence. I emailed them twice about it but haven’t received a response.

Answer:
The email address typo is the normal mistake.
So, please check it when you can't get any order confirmation email.

And what mail client do you use? I work with Gmail and get no confirmations either. This is bad because it makes people crate more accounts than they need.

Don't panic! There is always a way out, of any really or seemingly difficult situation. All you need to do is to read this https://www.auslogics.com/en/articles/f ... in-chrome/ article that has recently helpled me too. There can be several reasons for Gmail denial of working, so just check it one by one, please.
