when is yocan evolve plus fully charged

Yocan Evolve Plus Battery for Wax Pen, 1100mah larger battery capacity. When using evolve plus battery the first time, make sure the device has been fully charged. 3~4 hours are in need for it's charging, and the red light dismissed when finish.
