Hi, I bought my Yocan Uni Pro Box a from a local store in Woodstock GA and it not working. When I called the store they said to reach out to you directly to file a warranty. Thank you, Bailey

If short-circuit or no atomizer error, please try to use a q-tip to clean the contact points of the 510 thread adapter.
