Here are 3 steps to fix the Yocan UNI charge issue.
Plug the charging cable.

Have you been using an Yocan brand micro USB cable only to charge the Yocan UNI? If not, please try using
an Yocan USB cable to charge the battery.

Make sure the USB port is clean.
Is the connection clean on the battery and the charger? If not, please clean the battery and the
charger connections with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol. Make sure the battery is turned off
before doing so and dry before turning it back on.

Check the indicator light on or off.

Is the indicator light coming on? If not, you are having a battery malfunction issue and please send a photo of your battery.
