Hi there, I recently bought a Yocan Evolve 2.0 from a medical dispensary in NY (Curaleaf). The vape worked for like one use but it does not recharge. I have tried recharging it with a different cord and nothing works. Unfortunately the dispensary told me I had to contact the manufacturer to handle this issue.
Please check the indicator light when you charge it.
If no light when you plug the micro USB cable, I think your device is died.
