Hello. I purchased the Yocan falcon
on 2/12/2021 from 20 past 4 in Indianapolis. About 2 days ago it stopped recognizing the nectar collector attachment which is what I use most frequently. The other two attachments connect with a little bit of work but the nectar collector won’t at all. My device gets cleaned often so there is not product build up or anything in the way of the connect. Please advise as to what I should do.
Please can you contact the shop you bought it from, check does this nectar collector part was broke.
