Question about the Yocan Evolve pLus wont work
I am looking to speak with somebody about the YOCAN EVOLVE PLUS. MID NIGHT EDITION. I just purchased. I received it in the mail yesterday and it doesn’t work at all. I’ve charged it full. And I have purchased many yocans from you and from our home store, and this one doesn’t work!!!!!!!!!!!

Please check any indicator light when you hit the fire button?
If no light turn on, please try to plug micro USB cable to charge it.

If the Yocan Dab pen flash 3 times, means your battery wont detect the atomizer, please check the atomizer.
If possible, please make a short video and send it to me.
