Problem with the Yocan HiT heating

Having problem with the Hit I ordered. Even when I put it up to 480 I cannot get a reasonable head from it please let me know when I can do thank you

Thanks for choosing our product.May I know what type of strain have you loaded? Did you grind those materials?And what's the vape mode you have set, 3 min or 5 min mode?
