No light when hit the Yocan Hive 2.0 fire button?

hi i have a hive 2.0 when i plug it in the indicator lights come but when i try to vape no lights doesn’t come on?

Did you check the Yocan Hive 2.0 battery status?
If it's a low battery, it also results with no cloud/light when you hit the fire button.
Please try to charge your device first.
