I contacted you over 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back. I bought a Yocan vape from a store and it stopped charging the day after. I need to know what to do.

Answer:
Which item are you using?
Any indicator light when you hit the fire button?
If possible, please make a short video and send it to me.
