How to get help from Yocan Vape factory? If you have similar question, please read this thread.

I recently picked up Yocan Uni-Pro after using Yocan Uni, Yocan lux, and the Evolve plus. And everything seemed great at first sight. At first, I used it with a full G cart and it worked fine. A few days goes by and I tried a half G cart and this is when I noticed the height adjustment didn’t work. I took it to the shop I got it from and they refused to switch it or refund my money and asked me to contact you guys directly.
