How to get a replacement Ycoan Evolve Plus XL vape pen?

I purchased a yocan evolve plus xl not even a month ago. It isnt wanting to charge. I use it daily. It was hard to turn on at first. But now it wont turn on at all i plugged it in thinking it might be dead but it still after 4 hours will not come on. So i am wanting to know what can be done about it. As ive been using your brand now for a cpl years. I really feel i shouldnt be having to replace it after less then a month.

And check the charging port and the USB cable is OK or not.
