I just bought a yocan uni pro. As soon as i tried to use it its saying 'shorted' the store i bought it from says i have to contact yocan directly.
Please pick out the cartridge, and hit the fire button, check if it's shorted or not?
Most of time because of the incorrect connection, the Yocan UNI Pro wont load the vape cartridge.
Here are some tips:
1. Try to use a q-tip to clean the contact point.
2. Install a brand new vape cartridge.
