Yocan Evolve Plus battery doesn't work with QDC coil vape atomizer, how to fix this problem?

Here is a question from a Yocan fan:

My new Evolve Plus battery doesn't work. It seems to charge, but doesn't heat the upper chamber. The light doesn't flash with any combination of button pushing I've tried. The top chamber works with another manufacturer's battery.

Any indicator light when the Yocan Evolve Plus battery un-screw the atomizer?
The Evolve Plus should be flashing when you hit the fire button.

Then use a q-tip with isopropyl alcohol to clean the contact points.
Or install a brand new vape atomizer.
