Purchased this device locally and it does not work. The screen does not turn on, the device does not turn on, it doesn't charge. It is a faulty product. It is under warranty, and my local shop instructed me to reach out to YoCan for a refund or exchange. I purchased it yesterday evening and have the receipt. Please address this matter immediately, I am disappointed I was sold a product that does not work.
