How to claim Yocan dive mini warranty?

Do you have any question about the vape pen? Here is a Yocan fan's question.

I have bought a Yocan dive mini and it is messed up and I can't seem to get any help not sure who I should be contacting the bubble doesn't hold water it dumped into my pen the e nail head doesn't work and the charger doesn't fit in the pen no charger will fit in the thing actually I was told to contact yocan thought that was who I had emailed but they said no to return it to the shop but the shop won't take it since it's used

Vape tips:
1, If you have a brand new one bubble, please install this new one.
2, As for the charging issue, please try to use other Micro USB.
