I purchased a Yocan XL in 2019 and this past July 2021 I needed to replace it. I purchased the Yocan Magneto and now 4 months later it’s not working. I’ve followed all of the written and online instructions. Cleaned it and replaced the coil. The Magneto won’t turn on. I’m sad because I recently bought product to use and I don’t feel like I should buy another Yocan. Not certain what to do.
Vape Tips:
Please try to use a brand new cable to charge your devices.
If it still won turn on.
