Has anyone had a positive customer service experience with Yocan ? I purchased the Yocan HIT dry herb vape three weeks ago and it never charged up. I returned to the shop where I bought the vape the day after my purchase and was told the couldn’t exchange for a working unit and I would need to go through Yocan. Well after jumping through many hoops, they finally said they would send a replacement battery. I am still waiting confirmation of replacement. Worst customer service experience ever.
