Hello. I am writing to you because this summer I bought an evolve plus xl ... I take extreme care of my stuff and yet it does not work after only a few months (6 months) after throwing my invoice it was impossible to exchange my device so I had to buy one ... I would like to know what you do in such a circumstance because the one year warranty has not passed yet! Thanks Danny.V
Most of our items have a 3 months warranty period.
The Yocan Evolve Plus XL warranty period is 90 days.
