Can you still claim if the Yocan Evolve Plus warranty has run out?

Do you have any experience for claim vape pen? Can you still claim if the Yocan Evolve Plus warranty has run out?

Hello - I have owned two Evolve Plus; the first lasted a couple years and I replaced with another on 11/18/20 from Amsterdam Life 2 SmokeShop in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. It lasted until approximately 2 weeks ago when the charging light just started blinking/pulsating really dimly and won’t accept a charge or fire up product. I went back to the store who stated I would need to contact YoCan directly for warranty issues.
