Can I claim Yocan Evolve Plus Warranty Without A Receipt

How ya doing... I recently bought 2 yocans evolve plus and plus xl... I didn't get a day out of the plus before getting an error... I feel like it's an issue with battery.. because I've used when I switched device to battery.. long time user of yocan products started with the give and. Love those.. so just wondering how I go about getting the plus checked out .. bad thing I don't have receipts.. is this an issue ? I'm sure the smoke shop can get copy of receipt for me if need be but it's a lil ride

If you can't provide the receipt and authentic code, we can't define this vape is real or not?
So, please keep the receipt when you next order.

As for this vape device, please contact the shop you bought it from, ask them help you check the devices.
If your device within 3 months warranty period, I think they will happy to assist you.
