itd a brand new yocan dive dab pen that i bought last night. i barely can get a hit on it. even on high setting. am I supposed to tap my concentrate or hold the ceramic tip to it?

Answer:
Please hold the Yocan Dive tip to dab the concentrate.
And keep hold the fire button when you inhale.
