Yocan UNI blinking 5 times troubleshooting

One of Yocan vaporizer fan ask Why is my Uni blinking 4 or 5 times and not working.

If you have read the Yocan UNI user manual, you may know that the flashing 5 times means the battery can't detect the atomizer.
Here are some vape tips:
1, Clean the contact point. You can use a q-tip or cotton with isopropyl alcohol to clean it.
2, Re-install all parts, including the adapter, 510 thread cartridges.
3, If you have a brand new cartridge, please install this new one.
4, Contact the shop you bought from, ask the sales guy to help you check this device.
