does the yocan evolve plus come charged

How do I know when my Yocan is charged?
Simply connect the Micro-USB which included in the package with a computer charging interface or phone charger, and after 3~4 hours, the red indicates light on the battery will disappear when fully charged. Do not overcharge the battery. Source: Yocan Magneto Vaporizer Pen 101
