Why the Yocan UNI stop charing?

My Yocan Uni battery stops charging while on the charger after 10 minutes. however, the battery blinks five times when i press the button and doesn’t work when i put a cartridge in.
Vape tips:
The Yocan UNI device will be turned off once it's fully charged.
And the battery blinks 5 times due to incorrect connection, please try to use a q-tip to clean the contact point, or install a brand new oil cartridges.
