I have the yocan falcon , and have only tried using it few times because it has very bad air flow and I am not able to get anything from it, but when I looked online at reviews only 1 perfect mentioned what looks to be a black rubber stopper in the upper piece of the casing and I feel like that may be the problem but also don't want to rip the piece out if it belongs there

If you want a big airflow, you can remove the black stopper.
But please keep in mind to avoid the water leak in the battery from the glass bubble.
